Dylan Heitz
As our Business Manager, Dylan oversees the daily operations of our agency with expertise and dedication. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys family time with his wife, Malory, and their two wonderful children, Adyline and Lyndy, who bring joy and inspiration to everything he does.
Isaac Norsic
As our primary agent, Isaac is passionate about assisting clients with all their insurance needs, providing personalized guidance every step of the way. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayli, and their sons, Ryker and Kip, who keep their days full of joy.
Cliff Addison
Cliff, the founder of Addison Insurance Services (now Grand Plains Insurance), began his journey in the insurance industry in September 2003 as a captive insurance agent. In March 2011, he purchased Beydler Insurance and transformed it into Addison Insurance Services.
Cindy Anthony
Cindy Anthony is our part-time Customer Service Representative, bringing more than five years of experience in the insurance industry along with many years of working with the public. Cindy enjoys getting to know our clients and is always willing to help however she can.
Cindy and her husband, Bob, live outside of New Hampton, Missouri.
Christine Neal
Christine is our full-time Customer Service Representative and Account Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry to our team. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, as well as her daughter, son-in-law, and especially her grandson, Leo. Christine and Kevin reside in Darlington, Missouri.
